The thing that sets us apart is simple: we review every seller before they're allowed to list anything. When you're browsing, you're dealing with people we've already stood behind. No open-door policy, no hoping the listing is what it says it is.
We handle most of it before you ever see a listing. Sellers go through a manual review before they're approved. We look at who they are, not just what they're selling. On top of that, buyer ratings and transaction history keep everyone accountable after the fact. If something ever arrives and it's not right, our team handles it. That said, it rarely comes up, because the people who would cause problems never get in.
When you’re spending real money on a piece, you want more than a photo and a condition grade. Verifind lets you follow sellers, ask questions on listings, see their posting history, and get a real sense of who you’re buying from. Sellers build an actual following over time. Buyers get context that matters. It’s closer to how people shop in real life than how most apps work.
Yes. If a transaction goes sideways, you're not left figuring it out on your own. Payment to sellers is held until the buyer confirms the item arrived as described. If there's a dispute, our team reviews it and makes a call. It works both ways. Sellers are protected from false claims, buyers are protected from misrepresented items. Neither side is left hanging.
Poshmark and Depop are open platforms. Anyone can list anything. That works for a lot of categories, but luxury goods are different. When someone is spending real money on a piece, they need to know where it's coming from. We don't let just anyone sell here. The vetting process filters out the people who have no business being on a trusted platform. What you get as a result is a smaller but significantly more reliable pool of sellers. That's the trade-off we made and we stand by it.
Once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, payment goes out through your preferred method. We don't sit on funds. If there's a dispute that needs review, our team moves quickly. Most sellers get paid without any back and forth at all.
